Lacock Village

This charming village has remained more or less unchanged for hundreds of years. Go when it's not overrun by tourists if you can. Plenty of cafes and restaurants. The Abbey dates from 1229 and is well preserved. Its grounds make for contemplative strolling. |next attraction|
