National Waterfront Museum Swansea

The museum is quite good and is somewhere to go if you're in Swansea (though why would you be?). There are some large metal-bashing machines, even if their purpose isn't all that clear. One is left feeling that the story of mining, minerals and steel making in South Wales could be better told. |next attraction|

National Waterfront Museum

Upstairs in the old building there are several large models of ships. Again, it all feels a bit random and lacking a coherent narrative. Whoever designed this museum is no story teller. Though, on reflection, it was probably designed by a left-leaning committee. Still, it is free and the cafe is good value. |map|  |more places to visit|
