National Waterfront Museum SwanseaThe museum is quite good and is somewhere to go if you're in Swansea (though why would you be?).
There are some large metal-bashing machines, even if their purpose isn't all that clear.
One is left feeling that the story of mining, minerals and steel making in South Wales could be better told.

Upstairs in the old building there are several large models of ships. Again, it all feels a bit random and lacking
a coherent narrative. Whoever designed this museum is no story teller. Though, on reflection, it was probably
designed by a left-leaning committee. Still, it is free and the cafe is good value.
