Screech Owl Sanctuary

During the flying display you can don the leather glove and have the owl fly to it. You can feed the emus - their beaks look fierce but are actually quite soft - and the keepers will introduce you to a selection of the owls and let you tickle their tummies. |nearby attraction|

Screech Owl Sanctuary

Feeding time with the meerkats is entertaining and there are lots of other animals to befriend. The cafe is OK and reasonably priced. If you're coming by car you don't see the turning till the last moment so it's a case of: screech "Owl Sanctuary!". Actually it's named after its founder, Carolyn Screech (really). Also try nearby Cornish Birds of Prey if you like hawks and falcons. |map|  |more couples and adults things to do|
